I learnt that God loves the humble.

People can be vicious by pretending to be good outside but evil inside.

I will not take people at face value.

Humans tend to envy and despise the wicked when they do well, I know I do.

I will not fret because of evil doers because they will not last.

God wants us to be generous as he is generous.

I learnt that we should not play with stingy people for they will extract what we took from them and more. I learnt that alcohol can make people do perverse things, which happens now and since time immemorial. Coffee shops and Clarke Quay r filled with drunk people on weekends.

Should we 'advise' people on what they should have done after the damage is done? They don't like to hear the bad news or 'advice', no matter how well meaning they are. What they want to hear is how to fix the damage or if it's irreparable, what to do next.

Let me vow again never to criticize, condemn or complain.

I just left office at 3 am and yesterday I left just after midnight.

Sorry for not keeping up on posts.

Is it worth it to work so hard? I spend more time sitting in front of my office laptop than at home or with anyone else. Is life just about work? When on my deathbed, would I wish I could have worked harder?

Sometimes it's better to keep quiet even though u may not be clear about something so as to not show ignorance, especially if the other person had explained it but yet I don't understand.

If I ponder about it, clarity will come to me; or if I give it time, someone or something else will bring more clarity.

A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger (Pr 15:1).

Does it really pay to seek revenge even with words? Sometimes I feel the urge to say, "I told u so," or "you should have done this earlier like I said."

Proverbs 12:18. God wants us to be righteous, truthful people, to be diligent and disciplined.

Humans like praise and approbation. Anxiety weighs down the human heart, but a good word cheers it up (Pr 12:25).

I will resolve to say more good words about others.
